Established in 1947, we are an independent property management firm based at offices on Bridlesmith Gate in Nottingham City Centre.

We specialise in managing and letting unfurnished residential properties across the suburbs of Nottingham and in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. We also occasionally have retail properties and small warehouses/industrial units available to let.

Areas covered include Arnold, Basford, Beeston, Bulwell, Carrington, Cotmanhay, Dunkirk, Forest Fields, Hyson Green, Ilkeston, Lenton, Long Eaton, Mapperley, Meadows, and Sherwood.
